Ffolkes are excited to welcome Nelson's Shantymen to the pub on Wednesday, 20 December, to add a sprinkle of festivity on the run-up to Christmas.
This free event can be enjoyed whilst feasting or having a drink (or two!) at the pub. Booking advisable.
Based in the Burnhams, the birthplace of one of England's most excellent seamen, Lord Nelson. The Nelson's Shantymen were formed 13 years ago and have performed in various locations around Norfolk. Staying true to the shanty tradition, this group centres its performance around vocals, but they also feature a range of accompanying instruments, including the banjo, bodhran, guitar, and harmonica.
