STARTERS
• Parsnip and honey soup with crusty bread
• Venison carpaccio, rocket salad, smoked Dapple shavings with juniper and lime mousse
• Smoked salmon, soft boiled quail eggs, beetroot salad with shaved fennel
• Twice baked smoked Dapple souffle with brown bread and light salad

MAINS
•Roast Norfolk turkey, pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing
• Roasted halibut with a leek and chervil cream
• Vol-au-vent filled with chestnuts, mushrooms and spinach, with a Norfolk Dapple sauce

All served with roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts, honey roasted root vegetables and seasonal vegetables
