We’re building even more room to stretch out, slow down and stay a little longer.
Introducing Coastal, a brand new spa area with hot tubs, heated waterbeds, an infrared relaxation space, deck-chair lounging and a help-yourself whippy machine.
More space, more comfort, and even more reasons to come back.

SPA STAY
Check-in, switch off and make a night of it
A Spa Stay at Ffolkes is all about having the time to do it properly. You’ll have access to FFOLKESPA from noon on check-in until noon on check-out, so you can settle into the rhythm of Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat without watching the clock. Thermal rituals are included throughout your stay and can be booked on the day on a first-come, first-served basis, so you can drop in, follow the flow and get more out of your experience.
You’ll stay overnight in one of our 16 bold, character-filled Spa Rooms, each with its own personality. Expect features like rooftop terraces, outdoor bathtubs, private courtyards, and playful extras like dartboards or even your own hot tub.
In the morning, it’s straight into our unlimited Brunch FEAST, with savoury favourites, sweet treats and made-to-order pancakes and eggs.
Spa Sessions
Escape for a few hours at FFOLKESPA
Choose from Half-Day Spa, Twilight Spa or All-Day Spa experiences, each with full access to 12 thermal experiences across four colourful zones.
Half-Day Spa includes four hours in the spa, with options including treatments and feasting in the pub. Twilight Spa offers a shorter evening session from 6pm to 9pm, while All-Day Spa gives you even more time to drift between saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools and heated cabanas.
All Half-Day and All-Day Spa experiences also include our guided thermal rituals.
Spa Experiences
12 Thermal Experiences, each designed to feel completely different
You might be sipping a cocktail in the giant hot tub one minute, then catching your breath after a plunge into ice-cold water the next. That contrast between hot and cold is what sets us apart. It's energising, addictive, and all part of the Ffolkes House of Fun.
Some spaces are calm and quiet. Others are made for stretching out, chatting with friends and soaking up the atmosphere.
Treatment Menu
Zen
Zen is upstairs at FFOLKESPA, a quieter energy built for serious chill.
Start in the pre-treatment lounge to ease into the mood. After your session, drift into the post-treatment lounge and sink into a waterbed. It’s soft, slow and calm, the perfect contrast to the buzz of the spa below you.
Zen offers four treatment rooms, with 45-minute treatments or 90-minute extended Zen. Options include facials, full-body, and pregnancy-friendly treatments.
Treatments are £65 for 45 minutes or £130 for a 90-minute extended Zen, and can be added to any spa day or stay.
Private Hire
Exclusive use of FFOLKESPA for you and your favourite people.
Looking to take things up a notch? FFOLKESPA is available for private hire, with bespoke packages built around your celebration. Think exclusive access to all 12 thermal experiences, all just for you and your guests.
