SPA STAY
Check-in, switch off and make a night of it
Stay in one of our 18 Spa Rooms, with access to FFOLKESPA from noon on check-in until noon on check-out, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the spa at your own pace. Thermal rituals run throughout your stay and can be booked on the day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each Spa Room has its own personality, with quirky features such as rooftop terraces, outdoor bathtubs, private courtyards, dartboards, and hot tubs.
Every stay includes our unlimited Brunch FEAST, with savoury favourites, sweet treats and made-to-order pancakes and eggs.
Spa Sessions
Escape for a few hours at FFOLKESPA
Choose from Half-Day, All-Day and Twilight Spa experiences, each with access to all 20 experiences across five spaces.
Half-Day Spa gives you plenty of ways to make it your own, with packages combining spa time with treatments, a FEAST in the pub, or both. All-Day gives you longer to enjoy it all, while Twilight is our shorter evening session.
Every package includes our thermal rituals, unlimited hot drinks, homemade gelato and pick 'n' mix.

20 Thermal Experiences, each designed to feel completely different
One minute you’re sipping a cocktail in the giant hot tub, the next you’re braving a plunge into ice-cold water. That contrast between hot and cold is what sets us apart. It's energising, addictive, and all part of Ffolkes' house-of-fun personality.
Some spaces are calm and quiet, like Drift, our infrared relaxation space. Others are made for stretching out, chatting with friends and soaking up the atmosphere, with help-yourself gelato never too far away.

Thermal Rituals
There’s more to FFOLKESPA than exploring the 20 thermal experiences. Our immersive Thermal Rituals bring another dimension to your time in the spa, with sauna, steam, foot spa, herbal, meditation and hot and cold rituals to discover throughout your visit.
All Thermal Rituals are included with Spa Days and Spa Stays and can be booked on the day, subject to availability.
Treatment Menu
Zen
Zen is upstairs at FFOLKESPA, a quieter energy built for serious chill.
Start in the pre-treatment lounge to ease into the mood. After your session, drift into the post-treatment lounge and sink into a waterbed. It’s soft, slow and calm, the perfect contrast to the buzz of the spa below you.
Zen offers seven treatment rooms, with 45-minute treatments or 90-minute extended Zen. Options include facials, full-body, and pregnancy-friendly treatments.
Treatments are £70 for 45 minutes or £135 for a 90-minute extended Zen, and can be added to any spa day or stay.
