In the evenings, our resident food traders take over, each offering their own menu on different nights of the week. Enjoy bold Asian-inspired dishes from KO Kitchen, Tex-Mex favourites from Guac & Mole, or authentic Indian flavours from Ruchi. Then, swing by the live cooking station to order fresh pancakes and fluffy omelettes made just the way you like them.
Prefer something lighter? We’ve got you covered with a variety of cold options, including fruit salad, granola, white chocolate and cranberry clusters, or cinnamon rolls. Guac & Mole, run by Tom and Catherine, the duo behind Sheringham Promenade’s popular seasonal takeaway shop, bring their Tex-Mex dishes to Ffolkes every Monday and Thursday. Tom and Catherine launched their Sheringham pop-up in 2021, inspired by their love of cooking and Mexican food. Their success on the coast quickly earned them a loyal following, leading them to join us at Ffolkes as one of our resident traders.
On the menu, you’ll find favourites like burritos, enchiladas, and tacos, all packed with high-quality ingredients and layered with mouth-watering flavours. Whether you’re a long-time fan or discovering them for the first time at Ffolkes, Guac & Mole is your go-to for Tex-Mex, done right. The Little Ffolkes Feast is also on the menu for guests aged 12 and under.

Pre-COVID, our signature dish was always a proper homemade pie, packed with flavour and served with all the trimmings. And while our traders may have changed, some things are too good to let go, so we’ve carried on the tradition with Pie Kitchen.
Thanks to the massive success of our Sunday Pie FEAST, we’ve stretched the pie love across the week with Ffolkes’ own trader, Pie Kitchen, serving up homemade pies every Sunday to Thursday evening. Choose from an ever-growing menu of homemade pies, including low-gluten and vegan options, pair them with your favourite mash and side, and tuck into proper, feel-good food. Whether you’re a steak and ale traditionalist or a country vegetable kind of pie-lover, there’s a homemade pie waiting for you.

Ruchi, exclusively at Ffolkes, brings bold South Indian and Sri Lankan flavours every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday evening.
Led by Christo and his talented team, the menu is inspired by his roots in Kerala, a vibrant region in southern India often called “God’s Own Country.” Traditional recipes meet fresh, modern touches, with dishes like Ruchi's butter curries, coconut dhal, Kerala pork vindaloo and more.
The Little Ffolkes Feast is also on the menu for guests aged 12 and under.
