Can I come just for the spa, or do I need to be staying at Ffolkes?

You don’t need to be staying at Ffolkes to visit the spa. We have several day session options which includes a Half-Day Spa with treatment, Half-day Spa or Twilight Spa. You can see the breakdown of the options here

Do I need to pay upfront?

Yes, full payment is taken at the time of booking.

Can I come just for a treatment?

No, treatments are only available as an add-on to a Spa Day or Spa Stay. 

Can I add a treatment later?

Yes, you can!

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your visit you will not receive a refund.

I have a gift voucher; how do I use it?

You can use your FFOLKESPA gift voucher to book spa stays online.

Can I book Afternoon Street Tea as a non-resident?

No, Afternoon 'Street' Tea is included with half-day spa sessions, depending on your session time, or available as an add-on for overnight guests.

What do I need to bring?

Just your swimwear and something for your feet (flip-flops, sliders or slippers). We’ll provide robes and towels

What's included in your Day Spa sessions?

There are three daytime ways to explore FFOLKESPA: Half-Day Spa with Treatment, Half-Day Spa, and Twilight Spa.

All sessions include access to all 12 thermal experiences, along with unlimited tea, coffee, and Pick ’n’ Mix nibbles while you’re in the spa.

If you book a Half-Day Spa (with or without treatment), you’ll also get a feast in the pub after your session, with the menu depending on whether you choose a morning or afternoon slot.

Twilight Spa is a shorter, evening-only option focused purely on spa time, no food included.

What’s included in my spa stay?

Your room, unlimited brunch FEAST every morning, and full access to all 12 thermal spa experiences from 12pm on check-in day until 12pm on check-out day. Treatments and Global Sauna Rituals are not included but can be added.

How long can I stay in the spa?

That all depends on the package you choose:

  • Spa Stays: From noon on check-in to noon on check-out, with spa access between 9am and 9pm

  • Half-Day with Treatment: 5 hours

  • Half-Day Spa: 4 hours

  • Twilight Spa: 3 hours (6pm-9pm)

Are lockers available?

Yes, we provide secure lockers for your belongings.

Where do I go when I arrive?

You’ll spot the spa entrance at the bottom of our large car park on the right. Head there and our team will be ready to check you in.

What facilities does FFOLKESPA have?

We have up to 12 unique thermal experiences, from a giant hot tub, a bar, footspas and a global sauna. Find out more about the experiences here.

Can I use my phone in the spa?

Yes, you can. You may need your phone or card if you'd like to order drinks or snacks from the poolside bar and check your day's itinerary.

Do you offer food and drink?

Yes, food is included with half-day spa sessions and served in the pub. 

Overnight guests get unlimited brunch FEAST included, and can add Afternoon Street Tea as an extra.

What is the minimum age for FFOLKESPA?

FFOLKESPA is for guests aged 15+. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying parent or legal guardian, you must be over 18 to have a treatment.

Is parking available?

Yes! We’ve got a big car park with plenty of space for pub-goers, overnight guests and spa visitors.

We also have six electric vehicle charging points available on-site.

Is FFOLKESPA accessible?

Most of FFOLKESPA is on one level, including the entrance and thermal areas. However, there are a few important things to note:

  • There are steps into the hot tub and slopes between some zones, such as from the Ibiza area to the sauna zone.

  • The treatment rooms and pre/post-treatment lounges are located upstairs and are only accessible via stairs.

  • We do not have a lift or hoist available. 

  • An accessible changing area is available within the spa, separate from the main changing rooms.
