All bookings include a feast in the pub, served before or after your session, depending on your booking. It’s an essential part of the experience, with menus that change based on the time and day you visit.

Thermal Spa Access

Your half-day spa includes four hours of FFOLKESPA access with 12 thermal experiences, actively encouraging the thermal cycle of: Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat. These experiences are spread across four zones: Ibiza, sauna, steam and cold. Expect everything from heated cabanas and theatre-style saunas to aromatic steam rooms, ice fountains and plunge pools.

Feasting in the pub

At FFOLKESPA, food is a proper part of the experience, not an afterthought. Every half-day spa booking includes a Ffolkes feast in the pub, depending on your session time.

Unlimited Brunch FEAST: Our legendary brunch spread is stacked with delicious hot and cold options including hash browns, locally-sourced sausages, excellent coffee and more. Pancakes and eggs are made to order at the live-cooking station every day. Selected sessions: Monday-Sunday.

Afternoon Street Tea: A playful twist on the British classic, featuring bao buns, mini sliders, spring rolls, macarons and choux buns. Selected sessions: Monday-Saturday.

Pie FEAST: A help-yourself spread of homemade pies, butcher’s cut of the week, all the trimmings and bottomless puds. Selected sessions on Sundays only.

TREATMENTS & RITUALS

Looking to take your half-day spa further? Add a little something extra with an optional treatment or global sauna ritual.
Treatments are £80 for 45 minutes and include facials, massages or body treatments, all designed to help you properly switch off. Go bright with a vitamin-rich facial, ease tension with a back, neck and shoulders massage, or unwind with a calming Indian head massage. Start in the pre-treatment lounge, then finish your session with a well-earned float on a post-treatment waterbed.

For something more energising, try a Global Sauna Ritual. These 15-minute group sessions are led by our qualified Sauna Masters and cost £10 per person. Steam, scent, music and movement come together inside the Global Sauna to deliver a full-body reset.

Container Golf

If you’re looking for the perfect excuse to stay at Ffolkes after your spa session, add Container Golf, our 9-hole mini golf course, set inside colourful shipping containers painted by local street artists. 

Expect a few twists, a couple of challenges, and a bit of healthy competition.
