Spa Treatments & Rituals
Treatments and rituals at FFOLKESPA are designed to take your spa experience up a notch.
Our treatments are available as 45-minute sessions (£65pp) or 90-minute Zen Combinations (£130pp), all using premium, cruelty-free skincare from TEMPLESPA. Zen Combinations combine two 45-minute treatments into one longer session and can be added to any Spa Day or Spa Stay. Our Half-Day Spa with Treatment (from £150pp) includes a 45-minute treatment, with the option to upgrade to a 90-minute Zen Combination at an additional cost.
You can also book an Aufguss Sauna Ritual, a 15-minute, multisensory session in the Global Sauna, led by one of our trained Sauna Masters. Expect scent, heat, and epic towel work.

Massages

BACK, NECK AND SHOULDERS
An upper body massage that targets the areas most prone to stress and tension, giving our skilled therapists plenty of time to melt it all away with soothing, remedial techniques.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
An ancient ritual combining acupressure and lymphatic drainage across the scalp, neck, face and shoulders, designed to help you recentre and rebalance.
LEG & FOOT MASSAGE
Using techniques to help relieve tension and improve circulation, this soothing treatment leaves legs and feet feeling light and refreshed.

MY KINDA SKIN
Let us analyse your skin and prepare a tailored treatment just for you. Your facial includes a tailored face, décolleté, and relaxing scalp massage. You will feel amazing, and your skin will look so good.
BRIGHTENING FACIAL
A specially curated facial, using TEMPLESPA’s Vitamin C range, that helps improve uneven skin tone, reduce hyperpigmentation and improve texture to leave you with soft, glowing skin.
AROMATHERAPY FACIAL
A deeply relaxing facial using TEMPLESPA aromatherapy products, with a focus on restorative face massage, plus stress-relieving work on the shoulders and neck.
Body Treatments

BACK TO LIFE
This invigorating treatment includes an exfoliation scrub, a deep cleanse with warm purifying mud followed by a stimulating massage. Leaves you energised with a back to be proud of.
THE OUTER GLOW
An invigorating and refreshing all-over exfoliation treatment that leaves skin soft, revitalised and hydrated. The perfect way to begin another body treatment and an absolute must before you commence your vacation or special event. Off you glow!

BESPOKE FACIAL
A tailored facial using pregnancy-safe TEMPLESPA products, designed to give your skin the extra TLC it needs during this special time. Suitable from 12 weeks onwards.
BESPOKE MASSAGE
A bespoke massage for mums-to-be, tailored to your needs, using expert techniques to support you and your baby. Suitable from 12 weeks onwards.
Zen Combinations
Two 45-minute treatments combined into one 90-minute session, so you can soak up the zen for longer. All £130 per person.

Rituals
Originating in Germany, Aufguss is a 15-minute, multi-sensory ritual held in the Global Sauna (£10pp).
Led by one of our Sauna Masters, it blends rising heat, essential oils and towel work to create a deep, feel-good reset. Ice balls infused with scent are dropped onto the coals, while the heat builds gradually to boost endorphins. Each ritual takes inspiration from a different place, with oils, music and mood to match.
Terms and Conditions
Payment is taken in advance upon booking, and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the total cost.
Late arrivals will result in reduced treatment time.
Please note we cannot carry out treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy. Thermal experiences such as hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, etc, are not advised throughout pregnancy.
An intake form will be sent via your confirmation email, and it is recommended that you complete it before your arrival to ensure we can deliver the best possible treatment and identify any contraindications ahead of time. A consultation form will be provided on-site if you are not able to fill out the electronic form.
All treatments and products are excluded from the Norfolk Passport discount.
We can only provide treatments for individuals aged 18 and over.
