Looking for something shorter? Twilight Spa is our evening session, designed for 3 hours of uninterrupted spa time.

What's always included
Spa Time
Every session at FFOLKESPA is built around the thermal cycle: Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat. No matter which option you book, you’ll get full access to all 12 thermal experiences across four zones, Ibiza, Sauna, Steam and Cold, each with its own feel and tempo.
You’ll move between heated cabanas, saunas, steam rooms, a giant hot tub, a plunge pool and more. Complimentary tea, coffee and Pick ’n’ Mix nibbles are available throughout your visit in the spa.

Half-Day Spa with Treatment
This is a spa day designed to slow things down and stretch them out. Across five hours, you'll move through the 12 thermal spa experiences, with plenty of time to pause, reset and take it all in.
You’ll also enjoy a 45-minute treatment of your choice and access to 'Zen', our pre and post-treatment zone created for full-body calm.
Every session ends with a proper Ffolkes feast. Morning bookings include Afternoon Street Tea in the pub (or a Pie FEAST on Sundays), while afternoon guests get £25 to spend with our resident street food traders, a changing line-up serving everything from bold Asian flavours to Tex-Mex favourites and spice-packed Indian dishes.

Half-Day Spa
Half-Day Spa sessions give you time to properly slow down. With four hours to move through the thermal cycle, there's space to settle in and reset at your own pace.
After your session, you get a feast in the pub. Morning guests tuck into Afternoon Street Tea, a playful line-up of sweet and savoury bites, or Pie FEAST on Sundays. Afternoon bookings include £25 to spend with our rotating resident traders, serving bold, flavour-packed dishes that change daily.

An evening session with three hours of spa time.
Twilight Spa
Twilight Spa sessions are designed for slower evenings. With three hours of access from 6pm to 9pm, it’s a chance to wind down, move through the thermal cycle, and take the evening at your own pace.
Ideal for post-work downtime, a midweek reset, or a different kind of night out.

TREATMENTS & RITUALS
Looking to take your spa session further? Add a little something extra.
Choose a 45-minute treatment (£65) from facials, massages or body treatments, all designed to help you properly switch off. Or opt for a 90-minute Zen Combination (£130pp), blending two 45-minute treatments into one longer session. A 45-minute treatment is included with our Half-Day Spa with Treatment package, with the option to upgrade. All treatments can also be added to any spa session or spa stay.
Begin in the pre-treatment lounge, then finish with a well-earned float on a post-treatment waterbed.
For something more energising, try a Global Sauna Ritual. These 15-minute group sessions (£10pp) are led by our Sauna Masters and combine steam, scent, music and movement for a full-body reset.
Ffolkes Play
If you’re looking for the perfect excuse to stay at Ffolkes after your spa session, head to Ffolkes Play. Take on our brand-new e-darts with two interactive lanes and a choice of fun games, challenge each other to a game of pool, or try Container Golf.
