Giveaway T&Cs

1. Promoter
This competition is run by Ffolkes Arms Ltd, Lynn Road, Hillington, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE31 6BJ, info@ffolkes.org.uk (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18+ or over.

• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

• One entry per person, multiple entries do not count. 

• This competition is being run across both Facebook and Instagram. All valid entries from both platforms will be combined, and there will be one (1) overall winner.

3. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete all of the following steps:

  1. Like the competition post.

  2. Comment on the post telling us who they would bring with them (one entry per person).

  3. Share the post on their Instagram Stories if entering via Instagram, or to their Facebook Feed if entering via Facebook.

  4. Follow @theffolkes on the platform they are entering from.

• Entries open at 7:00pm on 17 November 2025 and close at 10:00am on 20 October 2025.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Prize

• The prize is one Golden Ticket, which will be sent to the winner's chosen address. This is not your final prize. To reveal what you've won, return to Ffolkes between January and March, spend a minimum of £10 in the restaurant, and exchange your Golden Ticket for a scratch card. You could win anything from the prizes listed here.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered from on Friday 21 November. 

• If the winner does not respond within 2 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

• The winner will only ever be contacted directly from the Promoter’s official account @theffolkes. The Promoter will never request bank details or payment information from entrants. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants who engage with fraudulent or impersonator accounts.

6. Publicity

• The winner’s details will not be publicly announced.

• By entering, participants agree to be contacted directly by the Promoter if they are selected as the winner.

7. Liability

• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.

• By entering, participants release Facebook and Instagram of any responsibility.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical failures or other issues.

8. Data Protection

• The personal data provided will only be used to administer the competition and contact the winner.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition if circumstances outside its control arise.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
