1. The promotion is available to guests attending a qualifying FFOLKESPA spa day or spa stay between 12 June 2026 and 2 July 2026 inclusive.
2. One duck pull and reward per qualifying guest visit.
3. All rewards are selected at random.
4. Rewards can only be redeemed against future qualifying FFOLKESPA bookings made and taken between 3 July 2026 and 31 October 2026.
5. Unless otherwise stated within the individual prize terms, rewards cannot be redeemed on Saturdays or Bank Holiday Mondays.
6. Unless otherwise stated within the individual prize terms, rewards are redeemable only in conjunction with the purchase of a qualifying FFOLKESPA spa day.
7. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for alternative products, services, or credit.
8. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, package discount or third-party voucher unless otherwise stated.
9. Advance booking is required for all reward redemptions.
10. All rewards are subject to availability.
11. Selected rewards may be restricted to specific days, times or booking types, as outlined within the individual prize terms.
12. Complimentary drinks prizes are available to guests aged 18+ only. Valid ID may be required.
13. Food and beverage prizes exclude service charge and cannot be exchanged for cash.
14. Ffolkes reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the campaign at any time, without prior notice, where necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control.
