Japanese-Inspired

Sauna Ritual theme drop

1 August - 30 September 

A Japanese-inspired sauna ritual with evolving scents throughout, starting with clary sage, petitgrain, and sweet orange, moving into rosewood, cypress, and pine needle, and finishing with refreshing notes of peppermint, ylang-ylang, and fir needle, accompanied by a soundtrack to match.

Sauna

A 15-minute multisensory sauna ritual led by a Thermal Master.

Watch as scented ice melts over the coals while expert towel techniques circulate waves of heat and aroma throughout the sauna. As the ritual builds, expect rising temperatures, uplifting scents and a feeling of total reset.

Steam

Steam

A guided steam ritual led by a Thermal Master.

Settle into the warmth as aromatic steam fills the room. Exfoliating scrubs and mineral-rich mud masks help leave skin feeling smooth and refreshed, while waves of heat and fragrance build throughout the ritual.

Foot spa

Foot Spa

A guided foot ritual to revive and rebalance.

Sink into a warm foot soak before an exfoliating scrub and refreshing cool plunge to awaken tired feet. The ritual ends with a reflexology-inspired foot massage, helping you switch off, reset and settle back into the cycle of Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat.

Herbal sauna

HERBAL

A guided sauna ritual inspired by nature. Your thermal master will choose herbal oils and botanicals, filling the space with heat and aromatic herbs, creating a deeply calming experience that soothes the mind and awakens the senses.

Drift

MEDITATION

A guided meditation ritual to slow down, switch off and restore balance. Grounding aromas and calming soundscapes create a peaceful space to reconnect, with time to relax and reflect at your own pace.

Global Sauna

HOT & COLD

A guided contrast therapy ritual combining sauna heat with refreshing cold experiences. Essential oil ice balls release evolving aromas as you move between heat and cool, finishing with a mint-infused iced towel for a revitalising reset.

Age Restrictions:
We can only provide rituals for individuals aged 18 and over.
Availability:
Rituals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. 
Health & Pregnancy:
We strongly advise that you do not take part in any rituals that take place in a sauna or steam room if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low blood pressure, an open wound, or any other medical condition that may be affected by heat or steam. Please also let us know if you have any allergies before your visit.
