FFOLKESPA info

Below is all the information you need to know about FFOLKESPA for your upcoming stay. 

All spa rooms include access to FFOLKESPA throughout your stay. If you’ve booked a Coaching Room, spa access isn’t included; you may have already added it for £40pp per night, or you can still choose to add it if you’d like. You’ll receive a separate email with a QR code and any additional information. Please bring this with you, as you’ll need it to collect your wristband at reception.

Your wristband is used for the following during your stay:

- Room access - it unlocks your bedroom and spa access points.

- Lockers - scan your wristband each time you use a locker. Scan your wristband at the info terminal between the changing rooms if you forget your locker number.

- Spa Payments - link a payment card to your wristband at check-in and use it at the Ibiza bar. (Phones and cards also accepted.)

Important: When you leave the spa for the last time, please scan and return your wristband. This will automatically disconnect any linked payment card.

Spa opening hours: 9am-9pm daily.

Robes & towels: If you’re heading into the spa from 12pm on your check-in day (before your room is ready at 3pm), robes and towels will be available for you in the spa. You’ll also find fresh robes and towels waiting in your room once it’s ready.

What to bring: Swimwear and flip flops or sliders.

Age policy: 15+ to use the spa, aslong as accompanied by an adult. 18+ to book treatments.

Treatment & Ritual bookings: Browse our treatment menu here and book your date and time. Full payment is required when booking. Spaces fill up fast so we highly recommend doing this in advance. Please ensure to head to the welcome lounge in 'Zen', 15 minutes before your treatment time. 

Pregnancies: If you're pregnant, use of the thermal facilities (saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, etc.) is entirely at your discretion, but we do recommend avoiding them for safety reasons.
