Our NEW Mega Cinema Spa Loft rooms take staying at Ffolkes to the next level. Funky, spacious, full of character and made for much more than just sleeping.
There’s plenty of space to make yourself at home, with a separate lounge, comfy sofa and dining table, plus a super king-size bed and ensuite. Then comes the star of the show: your very own bathtub cinema, with two bathtubs facing a Smart TV, complimentary popcorn and bubble bath thrown in for good measure.
Step out onto your private balcony overlooking Stables’ courtyard, with outdoor seating and a covered day bed, complete with a heater for year-round lounging. Come morning, your in-room larder and Nespresso machine have the coffee covered.

FFOLKESPA
Every stay includes access to FFOLKESPA and all 20 thermal experiences. Hot tubs, foot spas, saunas, steam rooms and plenty more, all ready for Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat.
Your spa access runs from noon on arrival to noon on departure, with FFOLKESPA open daily from 9am to 9pm. That means plenty of time for Heat, Cool, Chill, Repeat, with time to enjoy your room in between.
Thermal rituals are also included and can be booked on the day, subject to availability. Treatments are available at an additional cost.
Brunch FEAST
Unlimited brunch FEAST is included every morning of your stay, with hot and cold favourites piled high. Croissants, sausage rolls, bacon, fried eggs and plenty more are all on the menu.
Pancakes, eggs and omelettes are made to order at the live cooking station, with unlimited hot drinks and juices to wash it all down.
