Step outside into a bigger private courtyard overlooking the Norfolk countryside, complete with your own infinity-edge hot tub and sauna, both with field views. There's also a firepit and outdoor seating for making the most of your space.
Inside, there's more room to make yourself at home, with a spacious lounge, an upgraded larder, a super-king bed and thoughtful touches throughout.

Ffolkespa
Your stay includes access to FFOLKESPA and all 20 thermal experiences, including foot spas, a giant hot tub, plunge pool, saunas and steam rooms.
With access from 12pm on arrival until 12pm on departure, there's plenty of time to make the most of it. The spa is open daily, 9am-9pm, so you can dip in, switch off and do it all again.
Thermal rituals are included and can be booked on the day, subject to availability. Treatments are available at an additional cost.
Feast
A stay at Ffolkes wouldn't be complete without our unlimited Brunch FEAST. The best way to start your day, and it's all included with your stay!
There's a whole spread of hot and cold favourites, including croissants, sausage rolls, bacon, fried eggs and all the full English classics. Plus, our live cooking station serves up pancakes, eggs and omelettes made to order, with unlimited hot drinks and juices.
